The Strategy Retreat took place in the fourth quarter of 2014, and led to the creation (Phase 2) and the implementation (Phase 3) of 2015 and Long Term Goals and Objectives for OCL’s management team.

Strategy Management is now assisting OCL in implementing its Goals and Objectives, including increasing OCL’s marketing resources, growing the OCL client base, expanding into new industry segments, strengthening internal processes, and developing long term succession plans for key management.
