STRATEGY MANAGEMENT ASSISTS TVIG IN SETTLING DISPUTES AND CLOSING $29 MILLION WIND FARM CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

April 20, 2018

Tennessee Valley Infrastructure Group (“TVIG”) announced today that it has completed the construction and closing of its 163 Megawatt, $29 million construction project in Amarillo, Texas, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Astra Construction, LLC.  The project is owned by a subsidiary of Falvez Energy, LLC.

This project was extremely challenging and included negotiations with the Owner, its Tax Equity investors and several subcontractors.

“This was a very complex and difficult project to complete, and I am extremely proud of all of our employees who worked tirelessly during long hours and many delays to get this project to the finish line,” stated Peter de Vos, CEO of TVIG.  “In addition, Strategy Management’s advice and counsel was invaluable in keeping negotiations on track with the Owner and our subcontractors during some very contentious issues.”
