Strategy Management, LLC is pleased to announce that it has completed the “Triggering Event” project of its Exit Planning Service offering for a Physical Therapy Practice owned by a Maryland-based Physical Therapist. The Triggering Event was comprised of the following:
A Business Valuation
Business and Personal Assessments Correlated to the Business Valuation
Profit Gap and Value Gap Assessments compared to the Top Quartile of Companies in the Industry which had been Sold
Goals and Objectives to Maximize the Value of the Business in Preparation for a Future Sale
As a result of this project, the Owner has learned that she can increase the value of her practice by 63% by implementing the Goals and Objectives determined from the Triggering Event project. This project was completed over 90 days with 4 (one and one half hour) meetings with the owner. The implementation phase by the owner and the management team will take approximately two years to realize optimal improvement in operations and maximum valuation prior to sale.
